I have been working on my own set of icons for LyX for some time now, mostly for my own enjoyment. I took the Gnome icon set, resized them to fit inside of the xforms buttons and added a few of my own. I even added a few lines of code to toolbar.C and added the buttons, new, fax, undo, redo, spell
