also have the KDE icons laying around on my hard drive somewhere, I can
look at make a KDE set for LyX while I'm at it.

mostly for my own enjoyment. I took the Gnome icon set, resized them to
fit inside of the xforms buttons and added a few of my own. I even added
a few lines of code to toolbar.C and added the buttons, new, fax, undo,
redo, spell
