I won't be able to check this for about three weeks. Thanks for the email

to remove the check for locked().
Or do you mean to add those QApplication::locked and QApplication::unlock
functions? If so, should I add them to same src/frontends/qt2/lyx_gui.C
file?

leave this piece of magic to you?
I see the new code does this unlock();
But it is only done if locked().
I still get the problem and core dump.
I removed the check for locked() and it closed okay without error and no
core dump.

This webpage says "All files are under the GNU Free Documentation License
version 1.2", but the documentation was under GPL'd (as discussed on the
list months ago). When was this c

A master document including the parts is a good idea; maybe the individual
parts can still be rewritten some so they don't repeat to much.

I though if the goal is to have a printed book, then the installation
should be covered also.

(It will be a good test for me and also useful for others.)
I assume that the COPYING file which says it is GPL'd applies to the
documentation.

In this case, I am making a collection of already-existing manpages to
print in a book format. I want to use lyx for easy organization of table
of contents, chapters, sections, and great indexing.
Docbook does seem li
latex (like tidy is for html)?
Thanks again for tex2lyx!
