Okay, I emailed John Weiss. Also, I see the CREDITS lists a "documentation
maintainer" (and that John is the "editor of the documentation project").

I'd be glad to help set this up. And I'll make sure that some of the
profits are sent to the LyX project. As for now though, I just want to use
it for some quick tests of the printer's service.
I just joined the lyx-docs list. I guess this discussion should be moved
over there.
