I'm using Lyx 2.0 beta 2 on Windows 7 and I cannot use the Sweave-module
in combination with the XeTeX or LuaTeX engine. If I include the
Sweave-module and check the box for using non-tex fonts, LuaTeX or XeTeX
output formats are not available in the menu. I also don't like that

Does it mean that the problem cannot be solved by the lyx developers and
that I have to wait until R/Sweave developers are taking care of it? Is
the problem windows-specific?

I read somewhere that with the newest version of Lyx (2.0 Beta 2) it's
no longer necessary to copy the Sweave.sty file from R into a folder
that latex can find. Is this correct?

There's seems to be problem with the new Sweave module in Lyx 2.0. When
I add the Sweave module to a Lyx document of APA document class, the
standard font of the APA class is changed to CM font. Here are two
outputs of the the same APA class example with and without added Sweave
module
I also got an error when I used the XeTeX typesetting engine in
combination with the Sweave module.
The same error or a different problem?
