Is this document only expected to compile with pdflatex? There is a note that
"Due to technical reasons PDF-Reply works only when using pdflatex."
I'm not sure if that means it should still compile with non-pdflatex
or if just that feature won't work.

Yes. This has only one tiny little problem: Given the current development
man power I see absolutely no way how this ca
\boldsymbol produces bold italic letters. This is not at all equivalent to
\mathbf IMO. I vote against swapping the bindings.
More work would be required to have a simple solution to this ugly problem.

"not responding" message). The program doesn't recover even when left for
