Is this document only expected to compile with pdflatex? There is a note that "Due to technical reasons PDF-Reply works only when using pdflatex." I'm not sure if that means it should still compile with non-pdflatex or if just that feature won't work. For example, the document also seems to comp

Trying to use the "Close All" function when the screen is split into multiple windows often leads to LyX becoming unresponsive (i.e. Windows "not responding" message). The program doesn't recover even when left for hours. It seems to happen when there are several child documents of a large master
