Is this document only expected to compile with pdflatex? There is a note that "Due to technical reasons PDF-Reply works only when using pdflatex."
I'm not sure if that means it should still compile with non-pdflatex or if just that feature won't work. For example, the document also seems to compile with lualatex. More precisely, am I correct to expect this document to fail to compile with PDF (ps2pdf) and with PDF (xelatex) ? Scott
