Hey,
it seems that the Latex output created by LyX puts comment-environments
inside footnotes and only uses the verbatim-package. This does not seem to
work. There are other more fancy ways of getting that to work:

While translating, I came a cross an infinite loop bug in the advanced
search. To reproduce:
1. Enter some text, such as "a text text text a text"
2. Use advanced search and replace. Specifically, replace the

use kcharselect (from kde) to find it. It has a search bar. Just type in the
term 'half', and it's the first thing shown (on my machine).
My suggestion is add a searchbar to the insert special character.
