The regexes in lyx_pot.py are case sensitive, but the tags in the .ui files
are not. Actually, many regexes in lyx_pot.py need to be case insensitiv

While translating LyX to Danish I have stumbled on the Text Style dialog. What
is meant by "Never Toggled" for the Size-selector, "Always Toggled" for the
Miscellaneous-selector and what does the "Toggle all" checkbox do?
