I have looked into this glitch, and it seems to be an issue of the GUI
doing exactly what the user does, which is not always what the user
wants. In particular, it comes from the fact that one may not always
select parts of a text with exact consistency (regarding whitespace).
This issue does

You are welcome. Please note that this is only a start, and could be
improved a lot.

Hi,
is it possible to have write-access to the svn repo by an 'svn+ssh://'
method ?
If yes, would I need separate credentials as compared to the 'svn://'
method ?
From where I'm now, it seems the 'svn://' method I used to use is
somewhat blocked (no route to host), whilst trying to ssh into

Wouldn't it be better for the LyX project to wait until these moving
targets stabilize before supporting them natively? Or clearly label such

such, namely, that it is easy to get things like:
This is\emph{ }not\emph{ }pretty.
If "not" had been emphasized and now isn't, that can happen.
Where would one look to fix this?

Hi,
I'd like to know whether it is possible to access the LyX
svn repo via 'svn+ssh://' and if yes with what
credentials.
I used to use 'svn://', but from where I am now it seems
it is blocked, and I get a "no route to host" error.
Instead, I noticed that ssh-ing the svn.lyx.org machine, I
