FTP download problem

You should know that the ftp server (ftp.lyx.org:21) is requiring a username and password, so I can't download the OSX binary.

by reverting the order in which the languages appear in the calling for babel, the bug doesn't occur anymore: \usepackage[french,spanish,brazil]{babel} causes an error report but \usepackage[spanish,brazil,french]{babel} doesn't cause the error. Couldn't lyx just always use the second way?? 20
