Russian translation in lyx-1.4.0pre2 (qt ui) is shown in wrong encoding,
look at snapshot at http://canopus.iacp.dvo.ru/~panov/lyx_rus.png . I have
compiled lyx-1.4.0pre2 against qt-3.3.4 on Slackware 10.2 Linux and use
KOI8-R locale (LC_ALL=ru_RU.KOI8-R, LANG=ru_RU.KOI8-R)

I've noticed a couple of issues with lyx-140pre2.
First (and most important) is that development/MacOSX is missing from
the 140pre2 distribution. Since that directory contains the LyX.app
skeleton needed to install LyX on Mac, it must not be omitted from
