The various natbib citation commands \citet, \citeauthor get translated to ERT. On the positive side, having accidentally deleted my lyx file, I found that tex2lyx did an amazing job of regenerating it from the tex file. (Yes, I recovered it anyway using "grep -a ...") -- Angus
