This is the patch that *should* allow latvian/lithuanian to work with latin-7. Thanks to Oleg for trying to test it. I believe it works for him now although I am not 100% sure about that. Could someone else try this too? I also included the Icelandic patch posted by Logi (May 6). Against CVS.

I am slowly beginning to look at LyX code again and thought I should look at removing some warnings (this led to other stuff...) - Get rid of some warninings in mathed. macroarg. Are the changes ok Andre? - Move some code aroudn to get rid of some unused vars warnings. - Make InsetTable store
