You cannot create math delimiters '/' and '|' with 1.2.0
If you crete a math delimiter '\', then LaTeX is wrong.
When 1.2.0 reads a lyx file created with 1.1.6, then
math delimiters '/' and '|' are lost, and '\' is not displayed
correctly (LaTeX is OK, though).

I have no id

is in my.bind. However, it produces a # instead of the right-arrow.
It does, however, echo M-m S-3 as a binding when I choose a rightarrow
from the math panel.

I have added the GUI stuff to the paragraph dialog to re-enable indentation
of the whole paragraph if so desired, but the appropriate code in the kernel
that I'd need to access appears to have been removed.
