Hello,
After talking by emails with Jose Abilio Oliveira Matos, it appears that
the DB2LyX package (a set of XSL stylesheets to translate a DocBook
document to a LyX file) could be integrated in the LyX project (same
level as relyx).
The current release can be found at:
http://perso.libertysurf.
Hello!
As it turns out, the LyX 1.1.6fix1 can not be used with the
Latin-2 keyboard, ie. with keyboard that actually returns
correct keysyms for ISO Latin 2 symbols (eg. ccaron, scaron,
zcaron, etc.). LyX simply ignores those keysyms as shown
by "lyx -dbg key" and such problems were recently rep

In the "Language" combo that appears at
"Layout" -> "Document" -> "Language",
the Portuguese language is listed as
"portuges"; it should be "portuguese".

I mv'd lyx-devel to old.lyx-devel, and then did a checkout again.
I couldn't make distclean or maintainer_clean before autogen.sh
./autogen.sh, then ./configure, and still the same errors.
configure.log shows more errors than I'm used to. It follows

The attached patch fixes two compilation problems, the first is in

where there was a missing include, and in src/Makefile.am where I
changed library linkage order in order to get LyX to link at all.

Hi,
please have a look at the status/command line at the bottom of the LyX window.
It seems like the first few characters of some outputs are swallowed from time
to time (e.g. from the messages informing you about the stage of Latex
compilation).

My new laptop has FreeBSD 4.3 (nice and fresh). I've succeded in CVFS
checkout now that Garst and Kayvan pointed me to alternate cvs sites.
I found authogen.sh this time :)
configure fails, though:

Hi Andre,
in mathed, there is a small yet annoying bug which I hope you will be
able to fix without much effort: I have a TeX command included in my
formula, "mathbb{P}", in order to access some special symbol. Now every
time I load my document, "{P}" is removed by LyX, i.e. I have to re-add

Dear All,
I am back from a nice holiday in Italy. I intend to have a go this week at
moving the spellchecker to frontends. After which I hopefully can spend some

Who is currently working on the implementation of Qt front end for LyX ?
How can I help you ?
