rendering problem

I all cases I haved seen hung image rendering there was either an old lyx tmp-dir (some times I had several of them) or an old gs tmpfile (starts with gs) or a hung gs process. Is there no cure for this? Do you ever check whether rendering is done? Ulrich -- Ulrich Günther
