Hi, I think I've found a bug in LyX.
If one makes a 'Paragraph' e.g. "foo" and under that 'Standard' text
e.g. bar. It will look like this in lyx:
foo
bar
But it looks like this in the PostScript output:
foo bar
If it's not a bug it's at least rather confusing.
p.s.
1) LyX version 1.0.3

Starting with h for placement, whether h, h!t, or ht, means that if it
moves to the next page, only one figure per page occurs. Now I'm
stuck: i'm not supposed to be moving on to more text if I can put more
figures.
How do I force this without playing games with where my floats occur in

I just ran into this, and if we're going to have a base dissertation/
thesis class (i'll plug Chicago as the baseline we should support mid
-sentence), I've stubmled across something we need to deal with.
Here, a figure must never-ever-ever appear before it is mentioned in
the text--the top of

Hi,LyX-team!
Unfortunately it is not possible to import latex-files with version 0.12
of LyX; is any new version available supporting that feature?
Thanx,
Volker.
Hi Jean-Marc!
You and Michal have convinced me by your arguments. I withdraw my
objections to applying the patch or something similar.
Best regards,

Hi Lars,
Glad to see that you checked in the result of our hard work :)
As expected, there are problems... For now, here is what I found:
- do we need to use the -Ur flag of ld? This is not supported on
digital unix (I suspect it is a GNU ld thing).
- we could use a menu definition in lyxrc..

Is there any kind of documentation about the LyXTable part in .lyx

Hello,
I would like to suggest an inprovement for the next release of LyX.
Would you enable an exportation to the PDF format by using ps2pdf (supplied
with ghostscript) ?
Thanks

Hi again!
Finally, after days of hard work drinking and coding, you get the status
report from the much succesful third international LyX developers
meeting in Bolzano, Italy.
In the four days the meeting latest, we did some work towards bringing
the future to LyX. The new data structure Asger
