A user sent me a question about importing latex files that use theorem
environments. He said they all got translated into ERT. I tried importing a
file I had exported to LaTeX, and it worked fine, so I told him to make sure
his original file was up to amsmath standards for latex2e.
Well, that w
Yes, a remarkable achievement. Just did the most usable conversion ever
of a large, highly formatted document.
However, one of my documents died during conversion with:

Hi LyX list,
I have been asked to write a feature for Linux Today, and I chose to do it
around LyX (but on an open source/Linux theme).
Please, I want to ask you all to check this out.
1. LyX facts
2. English language and style (native writers only).
Other comments will be read but not necessa
Hello all
There is a bug with the summation sign in mathed. Rather than descibe
it here I have included a short lyx file with a decription of how to
reproduce the problem.
In addition if you click on the letter 'o' on the text line at
the bottom "and you obtain" and with the cursor

Hello!
I've created a small gawk filter to convert

I have upgraded Nazgul.
I think we should make the switch now.

Hi LyXers,
there are still problems with spurious empty lines before
displaymath. They result from spurious double spaces in the LyX file:
1) Open new doc.
2) Enter "bla . " into one paragraph (note the spaces around
the ".")
3) Insert a display math into the next paragraph
4) Remove the "."

Please consult Jean-Marc for the idea.

This is not a correct fix, since time() is not supposed to return
-1 even if it fails.

Here is a rough outline of what I had in mind for LyX new Spell
Checker. Let me know what you think. I will right the interface to
aspell and rely on someone else to write the interface for Ispell.
Sorry I took so long to write something out.

When are we all moving to the new versions?
Or has everyone else moved and I'm sitting here all alone waiting for a
sign from JMarc?

Thanks Carlos,
You might like to know that LyX-1.0.1 was released last week.
