Hi,
I added links to our references page in the devs site.
I only omitted the microsoft page proposed by Asger. It's not (just)
prejudgement, but that site is rather related to Visual C++. If you
(Asger) still want to include it, feel free to do it, you have the rights.

There is a new gnome library for signals/slots. It is a totally revised
design of the gtk-- signal/slot mechanism which is even more impressive in
its capabilities than the original. They are nearly ready to unleash it
on the world and need testers but they especially need comments on the API

Hi!
Well, Amir's putting high pressure on the doc workers these days :-)
So, here's the adapted version of beispiel_roh.lyx (german version of
example_raw) using notes instead of real text.
Also a small patch to beispiel_gelyxt (wrong paper size...)
If someone could check it in, please...
Pete
Okay - I committed this to lyxdoc (with the patch).

Just a stray thought.
Should we make contact with slashdot *before* the actual release, to
try and get an actual announcement instead of being lumped in with the
"quickies" as a "latex front end" again?
Also, they're off in san jose for the linux conference at the moment

Of course don't forget the commit log page and cgi, it was written

Done. Why didn't you changed the author? To get Asger flamed for your
"terrible" tables? ;-)

I complained to Peter S. that he hadn't put de_example_*.lyx into CVS. He
pointed out that he did, which I would realize if I knew German. Sigh.
Anyway, I had a thought: I'm realizing that the examples folder
may get crowded eventually, especially if the template/example effort really
works. I wo

my lynx):

Anyway, I was looking at example_raw.lyx. It has lots of hints in brackets.
Do you think this would be better as Notes? That way they wouldn't should up
in the regular text, and people could actually compare what

It should also make sure that the format of the arrows are the same:
File->Open
rather than
File -> Open
File~->~Open
etc.

I tried it on the docs and there are several places where it does not
catch the -> correctly. So, what's the plan for 1.0.1? Should we
convert the docs to use the new
