The bugs regarding multicolumns & linebreaks appears to be weeded out.
(linebreaks impossible in upper left cell, bad LaTeX output as reported,
something else I can't remember now... missing rows)
What's left is the problem with the ::Clone() method (which *should* have

The configure script for lyx 1.0.0 doesn't seem to support
xforms was not being installed in the default location. I
am compiling on Sparc Solaris 2.6
I have attached config.log and my modified makefile for xforms.

This worked perfectly, I was able to run /src/lyx and write and save
.lyx files. Is there an easy explanation for why this was needed?
Now I'll go back to trying to learn

[This is my first patch to LyX, be patient with me]
The sysadmins here prefer the following structure, the full lyx
tree under the prefix
/usr/local/app/lyx/lyx-1.0.0/
and then lyx in /usr/local/bin symlinked to
/usr/local/app/lyx/lyx-1.0.0/bin/lyx.
They would prefer not have to the paths com

Dear Lyx developers,
Congratulations on your 1.0.0 release. It built without any problem
on my RedHat 4.1 Linux box with gcc-2.7.2.1, and I can tell it is
going to be my document editor of choice.
