So, i'll list here what i found up to now among problems and bugs in
Lubuntu 12.04 ppc. My computer is a PB G4 17", 2003, 2 gig memory.
1) Lubuntu Software Center crashes - reported as bug
2) Gdebi-gtk crashes (but curiously installs nevertheless ?!?!) -
reported as bug
3) pcmanfm crashes often
