Sounds like a great plan!! Its good to see the energy after UDS. We need
to talk about how to have the Ubuntu Beginners Team help locos as well,
but we can talk about that on the Beginners Team ML.
Way to go on getting this done!!

Dear Ahmeds and Karim,
I would like to echo the thoughts of others. You both sound dedicated to
making Ubuntu Egypt a strong team and I hope you both can see that in
the other.
I hope that you will both continue to make the Ubuntu Egypt Local Team
stronger in the future. There will always be bump
I would like to thank both you (Amber) and David for getting this off
the ground. I think it is a worth endeavor. I have seen too many teams
have issues to 'leadership' dilemmas. I think this group, and the idea
behind it, have a great deal of potential to help teams avoid 'drama'.
Thanks,

The purpose of the CDs is to expose people to Ubuntu... and giving them to a
local retailer would assist with that.
At the same time we do not want a retailer to depend on 'free' Ubuntu CDs for

to ensure we define the scope of the document as well... it was rather broad if
my memory serves me correctly.
