Command timeout.
I'm not sure if this might be related to the SCSI driver.
Maybe it does something like sending a Unit Stop Command
to the RAID on umount which it shouldn't do.
Hope you have an idea.

You can have a look in linux/drivers/scsi/hosts.c .
It's in there. Why do you need to know that anyway ?
