Hi,

first of all I want to thank you all for the replies to my last mail.
I have now even subscribed to the list :-))
Well, I have downloaded the tar.gz
(ftp://public.iol.unh.edu/pub/fcc/isp2x00-v1.3.tgz)
from the website and still see problems.
It's still hanging at boot time. The difference is, that
with the original kernel driver, if I unplug and replug
the FC Connector, it will find the disk. The original
driver got an I/O error there.
If anyone has an idea I would be very glad. Again, I can
try patches or give more details if needed. Oh,
I'm using kernel 2.2.17 for my tests. No, not 18 - we
have some bad experiences with this one.

           Thanks in advance, Klaus
