should save pointer to request_queue in a local variable before

There are several race conditions while freezing queue.
When unfreezing queue, there is a small window between decrementing
q->mq_freeze_depth to zero and percpu_ref_reinit() call with
q->mq_usage_counter. If the other calls blk_mq_freeze_queue_start()
in the window, q->mq_freeze_depth is increas

On second thought, I wonder if the config option shouldn't be in
kernel/trace/Kconfig
Imagine there's an option for every subsystem. Disabling all of them
but the one you actually care about is going to be a mess if they're
scattered all over the place.
