Trying to boot off CRAMFS on a 4KB page NAND FLASH (new device), I ran
into the "wrong magic" issue. MTD's nand_read
(drivers/mtd/nand/nand_base.c) is returning the right data.
cramfs_fill_supper calls cramfs_read (fs/cramfs/inode.c) which reads 4
pages and the 1st page of data gets corrupted. If

Add the meta_page to the per container LRU. The reclaim algorithm has been
modified to make the isolate_lru_pages() as a pluggable component. The
scan_control data structure now accepts the container on behalf of which
reclaims are carried out. try_to_free_pages() has been extended to become

I was told that only i386 aligns 64 bit integers at 4 bytes boundaries
while all other architectures (32 bit architectures with 64 bit
