the new version of windows & sells the old version they have. As far As I
know Microsoft failed the fight against it.
Please be aware that there is a different between OEM Win license and a
license that you buy separat

Try to see if there is an option to get the computer pre installed with
Linux.
At list with Desktops this option exists.
This will save you the payment for the OS (and no need to argue about the
refund)

A Thread is generated within the process scope. This mean that all Threads
created buy one process can easily communicate, share data and use the same
memory. With 2 processes sharing & communication is more complicated

for local address
(IE | tools | internet options | connection | lan setting)
set the address to be something like *.il (press advanced .. to set it)
