At the Technion:

1. HAMERKAZ LEKIDUM HAHORAA (××××× ×××××× ××××××) or something like that uses a scanner for reading forms.
2. Also the Teachers survey is processed by the same scanner (I think that the students organization is related to the survey)

(in the 2 cases you should blank boxes in the form to denote numbers)

try talking with them
