No one forces you to use it.
Skype is not a router it makes use of the application layer.
You can write your own application that will do the same if you are so
upset.

allow sends to the hosts that it couldn't connect to on start.
Ie, if my host is mail.internet.com, and when starting mta the mta can't
reach mail.internet.com, then all sent email will get stuck with a logged

Strace reports waitpid(-1, 0xbf8c, WNOHANG) and waits on this for a

I am about to cease receiving the mail at the institute and receive it,
instead at home.
The problem is that the account at bezeqint is also used by my wife, on a
windows machine.
I can arrange so that she won't read her mail until I downloaded mine
(despite using different OSs, we are still on
