I *think* it had problems when english was the main language, but don't take
my word for it - compare it's output with FriBidi (FriBidi is wonderful.)

Actually, it worked fine in most cases, but since there's more
comprehensive implemntations, like FriBidi, I did not really find time to
fix it to be 100% good.
