When you post an offer of a job, please make sure your include the following:
1. Where the job is, e.g. Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, small town 20 km west of Haifa,
etc.
2. What level of person you are looking for, especially in syadmin jobs.
3. Something about what the company does.
4. Salary range. Don't say that you will pay "top dollar (or NIS), or even
"market" when you want a sysadmin over 17 years of age and will pay
no more 15,000 NIS/month.
5. Something about unique benefits/environment your company offers.
Why should I leave my job for yours? (unless you really want someone
just out of school or the army).
6. Is the suitable for a person with a family? Do you expect long hours,
lots of travel, etc.
