I guess these drivers are not aware of the new law in Massachusetts requiring drivers to give a minimum of four feet of clearance when passing a pedestrian, bicyclist, or other “vulnerable” user. This was enacted this past April. https://www.mass.gov/info-details/mass-general-laws-c90-ss-14Judy Won
