In 2012, we joined the town program to go solar. We signed a 20 year lease with Astrum Solar. The sold the SRECs and we paid a much lower amount, up front for the 44 panels. A number of years ago, we contacted them to remove a portion of the panels so that we could reroof a portion of the house.
