Terry,

I don’t know the proximity of this location but do look into it.

The Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Boston owns and operates The Philoxenia House in Boston.  It is exactly for this - meant for Orthodox - but they welcome anyone in need. It is free. Quite often volunteers that bring you to drs appointments and to the hospitals. I would inquire.

It is lovely- a home that is supported through philanthropic donations.

Good morning, Lincoln!

My brother’s boss was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor.  He’s from Mobile, AL and will be traveling here around June 10th for care at the Mass General Neuro-oncology center. This is being arranged by the patient’s boss.  He is a good man, and my brother and his colleagues are heartbroken about his prognosis. They’ve reached out to see if there are recommended lodgings near the center that he can get on short notice.  If you know of anything downtown near the Pappas Center, please reach out.  I’m unsure of any details; just that it needs to be near the center and that the anticipated date is June 10th.   I’m unsure of affordability status.

Warm regards,
Terry Kay
