Hello Lincolnites, I tried to help a friend who is wonderful musician and teacher who currently shares an apartment with his hard working mother in the restaurant industry apply to Lincoln,’s program for low income housing through the Community Builders Program. He received a response saying

[LincolnTalk] HELP! My freezer and maybe my whole fridge has stopped working!
