Hi, Laura -- I can't speak to your friend's situation or about what Community Builders may or may not have available. However, I can tell you that the supply of subsidized units here and everywhere else in the state is grossly inadequate. Based on what I hear from my clients and social workers, a five-to-seven-year wait doesn't surprise me one bit.
