I did GUILE_AUTO_COMPILE=1 lilypond file.ly - there was not much of change
afterwards: MSDM.ly still needed 24“ compared to 10“ with MacPorts.

Hi,
I’d like to have key cancellation naturals at the beginning of a score for f, c
and g.
How can I do this?
Thank you,

Folks,
lilypond 2.19.82, the last released development version, is now
available in macports.

Just curious - why should one use the macports version instead of the
binary provided by lilypond.org?

LilyPond 2.21.0 installation works here:
macOS Mojave 10.14.2
iMac late 2013
Frescobaldi 2.20.0
I have tested several files, everything seems to be ok.
For one file 2.21.0 shows these errors, though:
...
programming error: mis-predicted force, 113.811024 ~= 113.948878
continuing, cross fingers

First run (as root)
port selfupdate
and then
port upgrade outdated
and after that, try again with
port install lilypond-devel
I had already done this.
