the template, since I've never used it, but can give you some help. Thoughts
on your questions:
1. This is caused by the line \override DynamicText #'extra-offset = #'(0 .
2.5) on line 632 of the source.
I am typesetting a mediaeval trouvere song and want to add a drone to the
midi but hide the somewhat redundant music in the printout. Is there a
simple way to do this, please?
