\time 6/8 c8 r8 c8 c8 r8 c8 I wrote like this, but eighth notes in produced PDF are not beamed. I want eighth notes to be beamed , but to do this , I have to write like this: \time 6/8 c8 [r8 c8] c8 [r8 c8] It is a hassle to type "[" and "]" every measure. How can I omit them?

printed page does not match the .pdf file

When I view my file as .pdf it shows the very small margins all the way around the page. When I print the .pdf using jpedal I get what appears to be 1" margins left and right and bottom, and about 2" from the top of the page to the top of the title. What do I have to do to get the page to print
