It seems that the setup.exe program failed to install all necessary
packages. Simply rerunning setup.exe once more will usually solve these
kind of problems. In the package selection window, you should make sure
that the packages libkpathsea3 libkpathsea3abi13, tetex-bin and
tetex-tiny are selected

I proceed the test test.ly and nothing appears only
a dos window with a lot of 'failed, cmd not found...". I have all mys dowloaded
files in a directory and apparently the install files in
c:\cygwin...
In PJ the test.log files...
