As was just pointed out in another thread on the mailing list,
the ecrm1000 files are actually included in the package
tetex-extra, not in tetex-base as I thought. Sorry for the
confusion.

In that case, what did you do since last time it worked?
If you have tried to install and then deinstall tetex-base, you could
try to reinstall tetex-tiny. I don't remember if there is a direct such
option in setup.exe, ot
On windows 2000 with LaTeX - Lilipond v 2.2.5 with only tetex-tiny
package I can't lilypond nothing.
I send picture of 'installed' packages, cygwin after lilypond bar.ly and
bar.ly.
Maybe this is problem of packages I have on HDD, because I've installed
form local directory - instalation complet
