I have been unsuccessful in ending the dashed slur for divisi lyrics. This is the melody for "Silent Night". The English translation of the third stanza is ametrical and so the dashes slur is needed, but this is followed by two melismatic phrases at the end that need solid slurs. TIA, David Olso

Hi Folks, I'm getting Christmas carols ready for December 2012. In this case, the "Coventry Carol". I don't know how to arrange for 2 blocks of lyrics: a "burden" (a front-loaded chorus), followed by three stanzas. I explain my problem here, with .ly and .pdf files.
