Greetings.
I have found a recorder font (TTF) that is tablature of the fingerings.
I have converted this to a PS font using ttf2ps1 ... I have then used
this font in another music typesetting language (PMW) but would like to
use it in LilyPond as well. "z" in this font would dispay all finger

I typeset a piece that was just a tad too cramped and Lilypond did not break a
line, so I added a \break at an appropriate place, but it leaves only a few
measures for the last line and it really, really stretches it out to make it
fill the whole line.
Can I make Lilypond just make the last line o
Is it possible to do something like:
G7 / / / | D7 / G7 / | etc?
currently I have written:
G7 G7 G7 G7 | D7 D7 G7 G7 |
and it looks kinda busy.
Oh, one other thing in regards to chords, when you have a repeat, the
chord names are ontop of the repeat marks...

In beginner flute music, I need to typeset some optional breathe marks. (')

Greetings.
In typesetting some flute music for beginners (myself), optional breathe
marks exist in my source and I would like to include them in my LilyPond
document. They are indicated by (')... instead of the normal '.
Can this be done? If so, how?
Thanks,
Jeremy

I think you'll find, as suggested, that LaTeX is the way to go for your
goals.

Greetings.
I had thought I had solved this in the past, but I cannot remember how. I
create a simple lilypond book in LaTeX, run lilypond-book on it and all
works as planned, however when I create music that is multiple lines long,
they are not right justified, meaning that the staff's on each
slurUp and Down works, but then in the resulting midi file I hear my tied
note twice :(

Hello,
I did not understand your first question, probably owing to the fact
that I don't make a regular use of chords in Lilypond, but
I have been typesetting simple (single note melodies) music, adding lyrics
and chords.

I know in the notes area to use \skip 4*2 in that instanc
