Hi!
Thanks! That almost did it, then I added:
\override Score.Clef #'stencil = ##f
and voilà!
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

Hello!
I've made huge progress with learning this tool but I am now facing a
problem, again a noobie issue.
I'd like to remove the key signature and clef from every line of the
composition except the first, so as to save space on the paper.
Can anyone suggest a solution?
Thanks,
GF.

be welcome!
In the meantime I am overwhelmed by the quality and power of lilypond as
well as the cohesiveness and strength of its user community! Both are
uplifting!
Cheers,

Hello again!
Let me first say that despite my newness to the pond, I've already done some
great stuff thanks to this incredible tool!
I'm now trying to create a version of the Beatle's "Yesterday" with Chords,
Melody, Lyrics and guitar tabs.
I attach below my current file which generates pretty n
Thanks! That did it perfectly!

Hello again!
I'm once again posting with a newbie question.
I'm trying to make a score with both music and tab staffs, as well as chord
names a fret diagrams. But NOT string numbers in circles.
Can anyone suggest the proper thing to set? Is it an override?
My Score section looks like this:

If you're looking for a relatively gentle introduction to Scheme, I can make
a few suggestions, but as you probably already know, it's not easy to grasp
from far away. Maybe just ask questions? Many people, even experienced
programmers have great difficulty understanding scheme and other lisp-like
Sorry for that last post! I found version 2.11 precompiled for 64bit and it
works as advertized!
This is one great program! I'm overcome with joy!
What needs to be done on the development side?
Cheers & thanks for all!

Dear LilyPond'ers,
I'm quite new to this tool and am trying to create sheet muisc for blues
guitar. I've been trying to use tuxguitar as the input tool and that works
pretty well except for one issue: It cannot seem to print the chord names
over the music (upper) staff.
My music should look like
