png export resolution

Hi, If I type "lilypond -dhelp" I see "resolution (101)". Do I understand correctly that when using the --png option the default export resolution is 101 dpi? I am sure there is a good reason to have chosen 101 and not 100, or 110? Don't worry, I know I can change this with the -dresolutio

I think I have addressed the original issue in this patched version of the System_start_delimiter_engraver. This is implemented in Scheme, but the changes should be easily ported back to C++. The strategy is to acknowledge the end of StaffSymbols to be able to remove their corresponding entri

Wait.  What am I saying?  openSUSE postponed their package freeze to May 28th as apart of their Closing the Leap Gap proposal to include some SUSE binaries in the distribution.  This gives more time to package Lilypond, but I think we should still try to get 2.20 in there if possible.  I'm not
