Hi list,
LilyPond 2.16.0-1(latest)
OS X 10.8.2(Mountain Lion)
MacBookPro 2010
The pdf output is ok, but consol says like that.
I have checked the path(in LilyPond.app/...), and there is little bit
different.
Do you know what is the problem?

d2.fis8 _( ^\markup \bold { hammer } g8)
is probably what you want
note the _ before the opening slur (
without you get error messages (with 2.17.3) (but it compiles correctly)
Eluze
the (g8) is joined by a phrase mark/slur. but is the next note. the markup
is for the fis.

Hi
My daughter has started to play piano after a system where each note has a
picture associated to it (sort of like the easy note heads in lilypond).
The pictures are shown as note heads on the music sheets.
I would really like to be able to create more melody note sheets for her.

The "narrow constraint" for my scores is a show-stopper: not

I'd like to customize or add some clef glyphs (e.g. old style c clefs instead of
the current ones). Presumably it can be done using fontforge, but do you have
any pointers on which font is located where? I found Emmentaler and Feta fonts,
in several sizes. Do I have to edit each file?
Many thanks!
Thank You Eluze.

What about where you want the hairpin to end on a specified dynamic (e.g.
decresc. to \p)?
Does this also work in the _middle_ of a piece, not just at the end of it?

No; I think this is the most important case, because there isn't a note where we
can put \!, but obviously we could use the same syntax everywhere.
