I typed the notes straight into Lilypond format from copyright-expired
printed parts. Copy/paste from one part to another saves a lot of typing.

I'm currently working on a bit of music with a key signature in the ossia that
is not in the main voice. The typesetting is meh due to the large gap to
accommodate the key signature. Is there any way to make it such that:

If you're on Mac OS X, typing option+a gives you å.
(The Character Viewer calls it "Latin small letter a with ring above. Unicode:
00E5. UTF8: C3 A5.")

I compiled yesterday (with 2.15.14) a file that was first compiled with
2.15.5. I was surprised to see that the default line breaks were quite
different and some measures were really ugly (speaking of horizontal
spacing) with the latest version!
