I have downloaded the software, and installed it, but when I try to start the program (by clicking on lilypond-bin, I get a message that it can't run because the computer cannot locate cygwin1.dll . I have reinstaled everythign everal times, but I get the same message. What should I try?

Don't use the \once tag.

I'm putting together a syntax definition property list for SubEthaEdit,
and was wondering if there is a "standard" already set (i.e., what
colours are used for what elements in Lilypond input files), and if so
where I could get a hold of such a document.
