Using environment variables in Windows is generally unsupported I think.
So I'd also prefer using the registry and the user's file associations
instead, setting a default one if there is nothing set.

How does JEdit and JLilyTool solve autocompletion for example?
Autocompletion is very simple - only finds a regex at the cursor
position, and then finds the possible choices only based on the
Documentation. So if you move an engraver to an other context, the
autocompletion will not find it. T

I want to build LilyPond from the CVS but with updates coming from
lilypond_2_0 branch.
I use these:
cvs -z3 -d:ext:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/lilypond co lilypond
cvs -z3 -d:ext:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/lilypond update -r
lilypond_2_0

Could lilypond tell not only the place of the error, but also the last good
position?

Hello,
I played a bit with lyric hyphens.
1. First I found that with latin1-encoded accented characters calculating
the bounding box is not totally exact.
Try ÖÜÖÜÖÜ and \"O\"U\"O\"U as a syllable and compare.
2. In lily/hyphen-spanner.cc the following can be found:
