I'd like to have a5paper support in lilypond,
but as far as I could see it's not as easy
as specifying the papersize, right?
Actually I found the way lilypond deals with
paper formats rather confusing.
What I expected was something like this:

I fixed the problem with rest dots in CVS (1.6 branch).
I just upgraded to the most recent cvs version and
everything works fine n
